Join Leah Barnes, certified hypnotherapist, grief recovery specialist, for a 6-week Yoga Nidra journey — a profoundly restorative experience designed to help you heal without effort, and rest without guilt.

Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) isn’t about napping — it’s a reclined, fully supported practice that calms the nervous system, slows brainwaves, and offers a gentle doorway into the subconscious mind where deep restoration begins.


When: Tuesdays at 7:00-8:30 PM

What to Bring: Your yoga mat and any personal comfort items (eye pillow, blanket, etc.)
