Join us for a heart-opening Thanksgiving morning practice designed to cultivate gratitude, balance, and peace. This all-levels class blends gentle movement, mindful breathwork, and deep relaxation to help you center before the day’s festivities.
Our practice will flow at a steady, accessible pace—perfect for beginners and seasoned yogis alike. You’ll release tension, awaken your energy, and reconnect with the spirit of thankfulness. The experience concludes with a restorative sound-healing journey, featuring soothing tones from crystal bowls, chimes, and other sacred instruments to calm the mind and nourish the soul.
Come as you are, move with gratitude, and leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and ready to share the day with an open heart.
