FOUNDATIONAL YOGA

​A fulfilling life starts with a strong and healthy mind and body.

Foundational Yoga aims to help students break through their perceived limitations through isometric holds, challenging pose variations, and hold lengths. 
The core belief of this class is that strength is the foundation for flexibility, and we are all far stronger and more capable than we often give ourselves credit for.

Foundational Yoga is the culmination of 11-years of studying yoga, movement and mobility, philosophy, and meditation. While a challenging class, you will never be given anything more than you can handle - and you can handle far more than you think you can!
