SLOW FLOW

A fluid sequence of breath and movement for beginners and seasoned practitioners alike. While focusing on presence and empowering the poses through mindful transitions, we build stamina and courage by using longer holds in stronger poses.  By maintaining our postures, and committing to the moment on our mat, we receive the benefits of whole health. This practice is known to create stability and peacefulness both on and off the mat.
