Prenatal Yoga

Designed specifically for the pregnant woman, Prenatal Yoga is appropriate for women who are past there 13th week of pregnancy. In these classes, students will learn and practice postures and breathing techniques which help prepare the body for labor and delivery, some of which can be practiced during labor and delivery. Women will be encouraged to envision their ideal birth situation and will be given empowering tools to help support that scenario becoming a reality. Students with any level of yoga experience are welcome.

Our Prenatal Yoga classes are taught by Registered Prenatal Yoga Teachers, approved by Yoga Alliance, and they are also either Nurseds, Birthing Coaches, Doula’s or Midwives, some are also trained Lactation consultants. You are in good hands!

Class pricing is the same as all of our regular on-going yoga classes, and can be found on our Prices tab.
Birth partners/spouses are welcome to attend and participate in class as well, for a $5 cash fee.

Please come in and get started whenever you are ready; Please arrive just 10 munites before class start time. We’re sure you’ll enjoy our Prenatal Yoga classes on Mondays at 6pm, Wednesdays at 7:30pm, and Saturdays at 9:00am as shown on our Class Schedule Page.
