This workshop will focus on hip anatomy and its motions. You will learn how to practice in an effective and healthy way to open and strengthen your hips. This workshop will cover a short anatomy session, practice session and finally followed by pranayama. At the end of this workshop, you will know how to support a safe practice and modify wherever necessary.
Towards the end of the workshop we will practice Pranayama –a breathing technique and show how to incorporate it into your daily asana and mediation sessions.
All levels are welcome. If you can breathe, you’re in!
