Ayurveda is an ancient Eastern Indian health art of balancing your body, mind and spirit. Learn about the elements that your body is made of Dosha), how that effects you on all levels and daily self care practices (Dinacharya) to raise your state of wellness. Next we will practice yoga, emphasis on pranayama (breathing exercises) and pratyahara (withdrawal of senses/observation/pre-curser to meditation).
After a long, deep savasana we will complete with some chanting,
meditation and then some yummy kitchari and chai :)
Lastly, a goodie bag will make its way home with you full of treats for you to continue to pamper, love and care for your Self.
