Vinyasa Flow Yoga Class Description
A fluid sequence of breath to movement yoga for beginners. Spend 70 minutes awakening soft tissue and align joints all while controlling your Ujjayi breath through dynamic Ashtanga influenced asanas. While focusing on being present and empowering our practice through mindful movement, we build strength in both large and small muscle groups. By maintaining our postures, and committing to our soul journey on the mat, we receive the benefits of healing and rejuvenation.
