Vibrational Yin is a slow paced yoga class focused on creating mobility in the body. Most of this practice is done on the floor holding poses anywhere from 3-5 minutes allowing the tissues of the body to open and relax. Known as the “yoga of surrender” this practice gives you an opportunity to get to know your body better and become aware of tension and emotions being held in the tissues so that you can consciously release them. Various props are used and the poses are accompanied with the vibrations of various sound healing instruments to deepen relaxation and create harmony within the subtle and physical body.
