She is super busy being her best self in every moment.
Her teaching style is powerful and harmonious, in that she pays special attention to alignment and form. Her classes revolve around strength and fitness conditioning for overall good health and mental acuity.
Her personal practice is informed by her recovery from injuries with yoga. Her bitter experience of pain led her to seek yoga for help and healing. Since receiving her certificate from Cleveland Yoga in Ohio, she has continued to broaden her skill set and to study with her teacher, Cassandra Bright.
She started her yoga journey several years ago and has been teaching since 2017.
She is an enthusiastic teacher with the self-discipline and determination to overcome obstacles on and off the mat. She is joyful in her desire to share her love of yoga. Yoga has also introduced her to more things she loves; meditation, energy healing (chakras/Reiki), the breath, astrology, and herbology.
