Tantra means "to weave". Within this class there are woven threads of movement (dynamic postures), mantra (sound expression), pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditation (relaxed, single-pointed focus). This practice helps to develop a subtle body experience as well as critical thinking skills.
Tantra yoga is a powerful way to cultivate whole body health and awareness. The lasting results of individual classes will have a cumulative effect, and a consistent practice will automatically expand abundance, attractiveness and concentration.
This class is accessible and fun for all levels of humanness.
