TAI CHI QIGONG
Tai Chi Qigong is a system that incorporates Qigong principles, Tai Chi movements, and basic yoga practice, all synchronized to breathing patterns. Movements are gentle on the body and performed in circular motions to enhance internal force.
The practice consists of utilizing breath, intention, movement and sound, with emphasis on being present in the body, in the mind, and in the activity. Qigong is a gentle reminder that as we live in the Universe, the Universe lives within us.
Beginners are welcome and encouraged. Suitable for all levels of experience.
