She is a wellness guide and a good listener.
Her teaching style is powerful. She teaches vinyasa flow, restorative yoga, Vipassana/Insight Meditation, Metta Meditation and Breathwork. She specializes in Chakra Yoga, Guided Meditations, Wellness Hikes and Power Vinyasa Yoga.
Her personal practice is informed by her training at Core Power Yoga in Scottsdale, AZ. She received her certification this year and is continuing her education at Gilbert Yoga. She is inspired by the fields of Psychology and Sports Fitness,
Sherrelle started her yoga journey in 2019 and began teaching this year.
She enjoys providing people with the space to heal through stillness, movement, and Social-Emotional Learning. Using holistic approaches such as reiki, yoga, healing stones, aromatherapy, audio guided meditation, and sound therapy, she works with students to help navigate various behavioral health concerns and work related stress.
