She loves to travel so much, she has already visited 24 countries!
Her teaching style is Hatha, but her specialty is Yoga Nidra. Each of her classes is about finding a balance between flexibility and strength. She compliments her classes with relaxation of the sweetest sort; yoga sleep.
Her personal practice is informed by the Amrit and Satyananda Saraswati lineages of yoga. Since receiving her certificate from Gilbert Yoga in 2017, she has become certified as an iRest (Level 1) teacher under Stephanie Lopez.
Renee started her yoga journey over 20 years ago and has been teaching since 2017.
She is a compassionate teacher, guiding those who are living with and recovering from cancer. She continues to be fascinated by the science of yoga and meditation and loves to share this information with her students.
Renee knows that yoga is not about complicated poses; it is about moving the body to help achieve flexibility and comfort, mindfully using the breath to facilitate relaxation, and meditating to gain focus and self-awareness.
