Feeling stressed about the holidays? Stressed about 2020? Feeling like you just need to relax and rejuvenate?
Join Jen Berg, in person or via Zoom, for a workshop on the subject of relaxation. Relaxation is a skill that should be practiced for proficiency. A practice of Yoga Nidra is an invaluable tool in your relaxation practice and can help with the prevention of disease in the body.
This workshop will include 2 Yoga Nidras as well as a discussion of the benefits of relaxation and how you add this practice to you life for your own greater health and well being.
All levels are welcome.
Please bring your mat, blankets, bolster and eye pillow for the utmost comfort. If you do not have your own, props will be provided.
