He has a smile always, has lived in 3 different continents & has traveled in 24 countries.
His teaching style is Ashtanga primary series, focusing on safety, breath (Pranayama), and anatomy. He gives an in-depth understanding of both the physical and philosophical aspects of yoga. He enjoys inspiring others to improve inner strength and self-awareness for a balanced, healthy life.
His personal practice is informed by his studies in India and at Tish Hegel Yoga. He was taught basic Yoga asanas and pranayama as part of daily childhood routines in India. He received his certification in 2018 and has continued teaching & conducting workshops in CA and AZ. He has worked with Guru Sharath Jois (Mysore Ashtanga).
Raj started his yoga journey in early childhood and began teaching in 2018.
He is fearless. His personal Abhyasa (practice) is to train the mind to be fearless and to free himself of inhibitions and desire.
