MOMMY AND ME (POSTNATAL YOGA)
This class is intended for Momma’s and their babies 6 weeks ~ 1 year old.
Now is the time to connect with your baby on your yoga mat. As your little one is growing, exploring, and wanting to play, you can enjoy a safe space to practice with other mothers and their infants.
This is a special type of "partner yoga" with your new child. We teach you how to offer infant massage, positive touch, and heart felt kisses to bond with your baby. You learn accessible yoga poses to increase your energy, and develop a partnership with your little one, as you cradle them during yoga poses. Playfully use your baby's body to strengthen your own body.
We provide you with a comfortable space to be mindful as your body is transitioning. Nursing your baby during this class is welcome and common.
For all levels of fitness. Props are provided.
