Meditation & Conscious Conversation
Join Susy Macsay for this meditation class which includes various
guided meditations (20-30 minutes) followed by conscious conversation.
We will explore different kinds of meditation styles,
including mindfulness meditation and chakra meditation.
Each class will allow room for dialogue between facilitator and students,
in order to nurture awareness and expand consciousness in all areas of life.
No experience necessary.
Dr. Susy facilitated her first workshop of a similar kind in
September of 1994, while still living in Greece.
