Her teaching style is intentionally peaceful so that students can connect to the physical, energetic, and emotional sensations in the postures. She teaches Beginner's yoga, All-Levels and a variety of workshops. Each class blends steadiness and ease, while focusing on alignment, breath work, and an exploration into self discovery.
Her personal practice is informed by Ashtanga, Vinyasa and the Fundamentals of Yoga. Since receiving her certificate, she has continued to study with her teachers, Cassandra Bright and Carrie Hensley.
She started her yoga journey in 2006 and has been teaching for many years.
She is centered in a place of healing, love, and an overall connection to Self. As the years pass, she has continued to awaken to a deeper sense of knowing, and her practice continues to evolve to include many healing modalities, including Aromatherapy, Hypnotherapy and Reiki.
