She is where everyone wants to be...at the beginning.
Her teaching style is open and accepting. Leah enjoys meeting people right where they're at in their season of yoga; in their season of life. She enjoys teaching flow, beginner and gentle yoga.
Leah has been practicing yoga since 2014 and started her teaching journey in 2020.
Her personal practice is informed by a belief in the power of yoga and movement to strengthen the body while bringing increased flexibility to the body, mind and heart.
Her goal is to help you tune into what your body needs.
