She likes to eat in the garden.
Her teaching style is related to the subtle body and the Chakras. Gentle movement is complimented by guided chakra imagery, sensory exploration, and kindness, making each class journey safe and sweet.
Her personal practice is informed by her own healing experience. Since receiving her certificate to teach, she has continued to practice with her teachers and to honor her own path of yoga.
She started her yoga journey 25 years ago and has been teaching since 2019.
She is an enthusiastic and compassionate teacher who loves to help people experience wholeness and freedom of mobility. Her classes focus on safe movement to open the body; and, most importantly, reconnecting to the body when pain and trauma has caused a rift.
