Kimberly McCann, PhD, RYT She is present, attentive, and adaptable. Her teaching style is alignment-focused, fluid, and breath-focused. She was introduced to asana as a ‘cool down’ from her martial arts practice and in 2001 became a devotee of Ashtanga Yoga. Over the past decade, her focus has shifted from a yang-based power yoga practice to a more balanced integration of yin-based restorative and slow flow vinyasa informed by kundalini and meditation. |
