Her personal practice is informed by her myriad trainings, including Karma Kids, Laughter Leader, Rewind for Seniors, Yoga for Breast Cancer Patients, and Radiant Child. Since graduating from Gilbert Yoga in 2011, she has continued to study with teachers like, Cassandra Bright, Shari Vilchiz-Blatt and Shakta Kaur Khalsa.

Jeanette started her yoga journey in the late '90s and began teaching in 2005.

She was motivated
, as a pediatric occupational therapist, to share the benefits of yoga with kids, especially.  She teaches to the needs of her students and her philosophy is, “There is a yoga for everyone at any age and ability”.
