Intro to Yoga
Three 1-1/2 Hour Classes

Are you new to yoga? Or do you want a refresher? Then please join us for this fun, no-stress introduction.
People of all ages and all physical abilities are welcome!
In each class we will
Learn common beginner poses and how to practice them correctly/safely
Modify poses for your body type, level of flexibility, old injuries, etc.
Enjoy a guided relaxation to restore the body and calm the mind
