Introduction to Meditation Workshop

Is learning to meditate one of your New Year’s resolutions or something that you’ve always wanted to learn? If so, please join Renee Johnson, Yoga Nidra (guided meditation) Facilitator and E-RYT200 for an Introduction to Meditation Workshop. We will discuss different mindfulness techniques to help calm the mind, breathing techniques to help facilitate meditation, health benefits of meditating, and so much more. There will also be time for a group discussion and Q & A. Class will end with a 30 minute guided meditation called Yoga Nidra so you may wish to bring your mat.
Everyone is welcome and no yoga experience is necessary.
