Join us for some heat and sweat! We don't heat our room to an unbearable 110 degrees -- instead to a temperature just warm or hot enough to help you break a sweat in the first 30 minutes of class. Ayurveda, the sister science of yoga, suggests a ten minute full body sweat is a great way to detox the body - and mind...and to improve overall health, build stamina, and all while building strength and flexibility while attending to your breath.
The Vinyasa style of this class supports that build up heat in the body. Time for calming poses and cool-down is given, so that a restful savasana can be enjoyed.
