CLASSIC HATHA YOGA
Classic Hatha Yoga utilizes a core sequence with variations designed to engage every part of the body both external and internal. Through traditional poses, Sun Salutations, and Pranayama (breathing), classes are designed to prepare the body and mind for spiritual development and meditation. All levels are welcome.
