Foundational Yoga is an offering that’s made accessible to EveryBODY!
This all-level, scalable intensity, no-prop class blends traditional yogic practices with modern-day exercise and training methodologies.
Each class will focus on breaking down poses into a set of core movement patterns, and using bodyweight strength, will identify and correct any weak points or imbalances in the student’s practice of that pose.
By focusing on the weak points of each pose, students will develop a stronger foundational base for movement, mobility, and moving forward in their yoga practice.
This class can be used by those with no mobility or yoga experience, and the most experienced yogi alike (a large focus of this class is developing strong and stable feet, hips, and glutes).
