This class specifically brings together Mommas who are pre-birth (who have passed their 12th week), and Mommas who are six weeks post-birth with or without their babies.
This class will focus on empowering women for labor, birth, and recovery through the practice of postures and breathing while developing strength and a deeper connection to their baby. Mommas are encouraged to bring their support persons to join them in the class, and their newborn baby (6 weeks to 1 year old).
Develop mindfulness of the transition your body is going through and strengthen your body while nurturing your relationship with your little one.
No experience necessary. All are welcomed.
Our Prenatal Yoga classes are taught by Registered Prenatal Yoga Teachers, approved by Yoga Alliance, and they are also either Nurses, Birthing Coaches, Doula’s or Midwives, some are also trained Lactation consultants. You are in good hands!
