Connie Stultz, RYT-200
She loves to share the healing practices of Yoga and Ayurveda.
Her teaching style is calming and healing. Her classes are breath-centered and focus on mind-body awareness, helping to calm the nervous system and open up portals of insight. She teaches a variety of Hatha Yoga classes – Beginner, All Level and Yin/Gentle. She also specializes in Yoga Nidra, or “yogic sleep meditation ”.
Her personal practice is informed by an extensive education. Since receiving her certificate in 2009 she has continued to grow in her knowledge, becoming certified as a Lifeforce Yoga for Mood Management Practitioner. She is certificated in Plant-Based Nutrition from the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies at Cornell University and in Yoga Nidra Basic Training (Amrit Desai method). She has studied with such world-class teachers as, Amy Weintraub, Rama Jyoti Vernon, Mark Whitwell and Dr. Vasant Lad
Connie started her yoga journey in 2002 and began teaching in 2009.
She is an example of what is possible with courage. She presents various workshops and series throughout the year. These include “Yoga to Relieve Anxiety,” “Introduction to Yoga” and “Ayurvedic Food for Self-Healing.”
