CHRISTINE HANCOCK, M. Psych.
Christine Hancock, M.Psych.,RYT 200
She is a true lover of life and all the ups and downs that come with it. Her teaching style is soft and focused, yet challenging. Based in mental health awareness, her Hatha, Yin, Restorative and Prenatal yoga classes take an introspective look at topics of well-being while engaged in the physical movements. Her personal practice is informed by her love of yoga and her own daily practice. She focuses on overcoming physical and emotional injury through yoga and uses her background in psychology to build robust and substantive experiences for her students. Since receiving her certification she has continued to practice with her teacher, the wonderful Cassandra Bright. Christine started her toga journey in 2005 and began teaching in 2020. She is ready to share her knowledge and resources with those going through challenging times. She is a living example of how yoga can positively impact mental health. She knows that yoga and meditation can propel us all toward becoming the best versions of ourselves. |
