CASSANDRA BRIGHT (NISCHALA)

As a practitioner in the Gilbert Yoga Health Collective, Cassandra Bright specializes in  Source Light Healing, Pranic Healing and Private Yoga Lessons.

She openly and respectfully shares her Truth – we are Spiritual Beings living a Human Existence, and through Love and Oneness we can enjoy each moment as it arises, opening to Grace, allowing ourselves to Flow with the rhythm of this Dance we call Life.

Her teaching style is loving and potent, and she offers students the gentlest of Beginner's and All-Levels yoga. She is the lead teacher for the Gilbert Yoga 200 hour YTT.

Her personal practice is informed by her studies in India. She was introduced to Ashtanga in 1998, but after receiving her yoga certificate in 2000, she studied intensively across the globe and became ordained as a Yogacharya and Spiritual Healer. Her studies continue in perpetuity, most currently with Adyashanti.

Cassandra started her yoga journey in 1998 and began teaching in 2000.

She is Present. Her classes draw on an array of ancient wisdom, including, Sanskrit (the language of yoga), many forms of Hatha/Raja yoga: Ashtanga yoga, Anusara yoga, Power yoga, Restorative yoga, Yin yoga, Viniyoga, Nithya Yoga, Hot Yoga, Kids Yoga and more.
