​Build strength and endurance, while lengthening muscles and learning alignment and breath awareness during movement. Includes standing, sitting and floor work postures that stretch and strengthen, while calming the mind.

Gentle movements guided by breath bring freedom in the joints and prepare the body and mind for the stillness and restful restorative poses.

This practice is a way to completely relax. Sometimes postures will be supported with props placed under the body to allow a sense of ‘letting go.'
