She makes yoga available to everyone.
Her teaching style is based in Karma Yoga and she loves to give back to the community through Hatha yoga, Yin, Restorative, Yoga Nidra, Prenatal Yoga and All-Levels classes.
Her personal practice is informed by her experience at Gilbert Yoga and the way that the Kula (yoga community) embraces all people, regardless of size, age, race, ethnicity, gender preference, etc. Yoga is for everybody and for Every Body. Since receiving her certificate from Gilbert Yoga in 2019, she has continued to practice with her teachers, Cassandra Bright and Lanita England.
Ayla started her yoga journey 5 years ago and has been teaching since 2019.
She is generous friend to those in need. Knowing that this incredible technology must be shared with others who may not be able to afford to take classes, she volunteers her time and yoga services at domestic violence shelters, substance abuse and mental health facilities, and low income communities.
