An Introduction to Arm Balances with Jessica Potter

Are you interested in adding a bit more magic to your yoga practice? Then come explore what it’s like to fly! We’ll flow through a fun yoga practice to warm up, then breakdown proper alignment and bodily mechanics of arm balances before taking to our hands. Learn tips and tricks for building strength, using props to enhance stability, practicing arm balances at home, and how to break through the fears that may be blocking lift-off.
No previous arm balance experience necessary.
