Her teaching style is transformative and healing. Her flows are thoughtful and spiritually based with an emphasis on cultivating an environment for calm and comfortable change.
Her personal practice is informed by her love of yoga and the way that it has enhanced her own life. Since receiving her certificate from Gilbert Yoga in 2019, she has continued to study with her teacher, Cassandra Bright.
Angela started her yoga journey in 2013 and has been teaching since 2019.
She is a believer that "yoga meets you where you are". Her classes focus on the technology of yoga and its ability to heal and transform the spirit, heart, mind and body. In her classes, students of all skill levels and body types are empowered to explore the mind-body connection.
