She is an actual tree-hugger who loves to absorb all natures energy.
Her teaching style is centered on mind-body connections. Feeling the energy in the room, she says, is what helps her guide her students. She teaches Vinyasa flow, all level, Hatha, restorative, beginner and gentle yoga. She teaches to all levels of ability and provides her students with a natural enthusiasm for the practice of yoga.
Her personal practice is informed by her love of nature. Since receiving her certificate from Gilbert Yoga in 2019 she has continued to study yoga with her teachers, Cassandra Bright, Lanita England and Angela (Dharma) Fears. Her study of Qi Gong, food healing and massage bring a fully rounded perspective to her yoga classes.
Amber started her yoga journey in 2001 and began teaching in 2019.
She is an Arizona native with a lovely husband and three kids and she believes that yoga is a journey to explore your inner world. She guides her students with laughter and love, encouraging them to release judgement and to truly have fun connecting with their essential natures.
