Through her education in mindful breathing, yoga, and sound healing she has cultivated skills that continuously help her move through life's challenges.
Amanda creates a compassionate environment where patients can learn to move their bodies freely, regardless of any limitations, and feel whole into their Whole Being - body; mind, spirit
