Will include Sun Salutations, slightly more

ackbends, and hand balancing poses introduced, possibly in a
flow style.

into the practice at a pace where you can expand and play, learn
and gain strength and stamina. Includes inversions, backbends,
arm balancing, and anything else you want to learn!
