No need to register or pay in advance. Just come on in, let us know it's your first visit with us, fill out a New Student form and you're all set!

  Class Levels:    

Level (1) -Discover
Could include gentle movement, static relaxation poses, seated and/or standing poses at a comfortable pace for all.
Level (1-2) -Discover & Explore
Includes Sun Salutations, a wide variety of seated and standing poses, either held static or fluid.
Level (2-3) -Explore & Expand
Will include Sun Salutations, slightly more challenging standing and seated poses, with possible inversions, ackbends, and hand balancing poses introduced, possibly in a flow style.
Level (3) -Expand
Will integrate deeper and more advanced poses into the practice at a pace where you can expand and play, learn and gain strength and stamina. Includes inversions, backbends, arm balancing, and anything else you want to learn!
