gentle paced class with standing postures, balancing poses, seated postures, and supine
postures. Perfect for learning alignment of poses and breath work.
'Yoga Blend' (1-2) Great for beginners as well as those with yoga experience who want to adjust the pose up a
notch and have a bit more movement in their class. Poses may
begin to flow one to another in a vinyasa style (breath and body
synchronized together).

level student who is focused on releasing tension in connective
tissues, and who wishes to increase
range of motion. Includes mostly seated static postures held for 1-3 minutes
each.
'Yin Vinyasa Mix' (1-2)Great for most any level student who
has free range of motion. Class
begins with 35 minutes of static Yin postures held for 1-3 minutes, followed by Vinyasa style movements done at a steady but not rushed pace.
'HOT' (1-2) A great environment to open
and detoxify...body and mind. Postures move from sun salutations
and/or standing poses to get the body warmed up, to balancing
poses and seated and supine poses to move deeper into the muscles. Great for
any level student who likes a heated practice. (90-95 degrees)
'All Level Yoga' A mixed level class, with options given to
practice the pose gentler or more advanced. Alignment and awareness of
body and breath as a moving meditation. New poses may be playfully
introduced; includes Sun Salutations, variety of standing, balancing,
seated, gentle backbends and possibly inversions done at your own
pace. Physically fit beginners, and more advanced, welcome.
'Mixed Level Vinyasa Flow' Great for anyone who has practiced yoga
before, and/or who can jump right into a variety of movements
linking movement with breath. Vinyasa flow such as Sun Salutations and
series of standing and balancing poses may be practiced, all with strong attention to alignment
and breath. A great
moving meditation that feels like a 'work out' if you want it to. You
decide on the pace; taking it 'up' or 'down' a notch depending on how you
feel that day. Not recommended for first time beginners.
'Power Yoga' (1-2, 2-3) A multilevel class that's perfect for
the student who wants to connect to their inner and outer power. Led
