Physically fit beginners, and more advanced, welcome.

Vinyasa flow such as Sun Salutations and series of standing and balancing poses may be practiced, all with strong attention to alignment and breath. A great moving meditation that feels like a 'work out' if you want it to. You decide on the pace; taking it 'up' or 'down' a notch depending on how you feel that day. Not recommended for first time beginners.
